About me

My villiage's name is Obfelden in the canton Zürich in Switzerland. I was born in Cham/ZG on the 7th February 1980. I grow up in Obfelden as well and I like it here. You can see the flag of the village next to this text.

After 9 years primary school, I began in summer 1996 an apprenticeship as a junior clerk at a company called at that time Landis & Gyr in Zug. After this training I stayed with the company, which changed in the meantime the name to Siemens (overtaken), and worked as a Webpublisher for 2 years. Then I changed to the E-Business department and worked there for another year.

I quit my job in August 2002 and started my journey to Australia. First, I went to a language school in Sydney for 3 months and then I started travelling around Australia for 2 months. You can find some photos about my time there at this website.

Since April 2003 I work again at Wasserwerk Zug as a Internet Supporter.

I use a large part of my spare time for the sports club Obfelden. I'm there a member of the board, publish every month a information magazine and update also the website. Every year in August I organise a soccer tournament.

I also like to read magazines. My favorites are the swiss magazines Weltwoche, Internet World and from time to time also c't', Facts or Cash. I read occasionally some books. I like Lord of the rings or Stephen King's The Stand was interesting. I read also all Harry Potter books in english and they were very nice.

As you can see on this website, I sit a lot of time in front of my computer. I build and update websites, surf the net and write emails. From time to time you can meet me in some clubs like Dukes in Shilbrugg or the Alpenrock close to the Airport Zurich.

My family has a cat. Her name is Gipsy and next May she is 4 years young. More information about her are available at my sister's website.
